A friend asked if I knew why his IE opens under the OE program when he click on a link in his email.
He has to click on the task bar button to see the linked page.
I have seen this answer before, but a search of Google and Groups.Google has not brought up any
answer.
I guess I am not asking the right questions.

Does anyone have the answer to this problem. IE links in my OE open on top of the OE program.
