I have problems receiving all invitations from user X as they are displayed
as text and not meetings.

The problem is it is hard to track because I am not the one sending out
the outlook invitations and everytime i send out the invitations from user X
computer they all came out fine! I even checked the "When sending meeting
requests over the Internet, use iCalendar format" under Calendar options
under Advanced options.

I have also made sure that the Internet format for Email Properties of the
contact is using "Send using Outlook Rich Text Format" but when i checked the
the invitations it still kept on being sent as "Let Outlook decide the best
sending format" which mysteriously caused the outlook calendar invite to
appear as plain text
