The problem is it is hard to track because I am not the one sending

the outlook invitations and everytime i send out the invitations from
user X computer they all came out fine! I even checked the "When
sending meeting requests over the Internet, use iCalendar format"
under Calendar options under Advanced options.

I have also made sure that the Internet format for Email Properties
of the contact is using "Send using Outlook Rich Text Format" but
when i checked the the invitations it still kept on being sent as
"Let Outlook decide the best sending format" which mysteriously
caused the outlook calendar invite to appear as plain text

Start Outlook with the /safe command switch and then have someone send an
invite. Does the same thing happen?
