Hi Brian. Gave it a go but it didn't work.

I should add that about a month ago i converted to Exchange Server so
i could connect with a company's system. I don't know if that
complicates things.

One additional piece of info. When i tried to rename the Outlook.ost
file to see if that would help, it said it was in use by another
program, yet not other program was running.
