Yes and we still have this problem and troubleshooting is harder when I am
not the one who is sending out the invitations but another person, User x.

Do you perhaps have other alternative solutions(besides reinstalling,
changing options settings, starting outlook in safe mode) to this problem as
it is disrupting our office scheduling at the moment.

I have re-installed the microsoft outlook 2003 software and still have this
