I read that web page and option #2 renaming outcmd.dat to outcmd.old is what
fixed my computer.
It's great to have outlook back working again

I can run in safe mode, but I don't know how to determine what's causing my
error. Then outlook tries to load Word and I get an error because
pdfmaker.old.dot is in my word startup file and it tells me that the
certificate has expired.
I've tried repairing outlook from CD and I've removed pdfmaker.old.dot from
the startup file.
I think I started the problem when I loaded a free spam filter called
spambayes. I uninstalled it and the folders it created.
Can anyone help? Thanks
