Copy all the contacts from the PAB to

using File, Import.

Outlook 2007 won't open the PAB so you'll have to get out of the habit of
using it eventually.

Outlook 2003 doesn't use the PAB. Copy all the contacts from the PAB to
Outlook Contacts folder...
