Default how to restart a new window IE6 screen with out lose old IE6 web page,

In IE: Tools | Internet Options | Advanced - Check: Reuse windows for
launching shortcuts.

If that does not solve your problem, please ask in an Internet Explorer
newsgroup, as this one is for Outlook Express.
