I've read all the other helpful replies - been there, done that, still no joy.

For all you techies, my error message is "The connection to the server has
failed. Account pop.freeserve.net. Server smtp.freeserve.net. Procol SMTP,
Port 25, Secure (SSL), No, Socket Error: 10060. Error number: Ox800CCCOE.

Any suggestions?
