Default Email Hidden in Inbox

Hi Nikki

Many thanks for the info, that worked. I was able to see the mails
and print them!!!

I remember doing it the same way about 3 years ago, but forgot how to
do it!

Many thanks again

It sounds to me like you are seeing "Private" set emails too.

Try opening the mailbox in it's own profile (not yours). I
think you will see the emails. Then identify who is sending
the emails with the "Private" settings. They probably do
not realize that they have the setting on their Outlook set
to Globally set eveything to private.

Hi Nikki

It is a function mailboxe for my Purchasing department. *There receive
emails from manager who have authorised Purchase Orders.

If you right click on the inbox and got to Properties and change the
option to Show Total Number of Items, its shows as having 10 items in
there, but only 3 are showing. *I thought that they might be Private,
so i have changed the view to show private emails, but alas, still
only shows the 3 items in there.

Is this your own mailbox or is it one that you view or share?

Hi.

I have a problem wit Outlook 2003 in that the Inbox is showing that it
contains 9 email but only 2 are showing. All email has been read but
still only 2 are showing.

I have tried changing the views to show all email and I have tried
searching for email using the different search terms that I know will
be included in the email but still I cannot see them.

Does anyone have any idea as to how to show these emails in the inbox?-
