Uninstall it from the old one and install it on the new - at most you'll
need to call for activation.

Is there a way to uninstall Office Home and Student 2003 from a computer
so
that I am still under the three computers? I bought a new computer and
would
like to use Outlook on that one instead of the old computer.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Can outlook 2007 be installed on 3 computers owned by the same person?

Office Home and Student 2007 doesn't include Outlook at all, so does not
grant a right to install it on even one PC. Office 2003 Student and
Teachers Edition does, I believe allow you to install it on up to three
PCs,
but there may be restrictions on its use which the EULA will explain.
