Outlook Express Update

When I do that I get the following error message:
“Your server you are connected to is using a security certificate that
could not be verified. The certificate’s CN name does not match the
passed value.”
Is there an updated Outlook Express or a patch that I can install to bring
it up to date so I can use the new settings ?
