Default microsoft visual C++ error

In OE select Tools, Options, Security and make sure that OE is set to
the Restricted Zone. If that stops the problem, the messages probably
contained a virus or bad HTML code.

If that doesn't help, then the problem may be a malfunctioning anti-spam
program.

I have received a few emails lately that cause the following message.

Microsoft Visual C++ DeBug Library ..
DeBug Error !!! ...
Program: C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe
abnormal program termination
(Press Retry to debug the application)

Anything I try just terminates the program. The email goes into my
anti-spam
folder and has no sender or subject listed and the message body is
also
blank, at least when it gets to my email. I am using Win XP with OE6
with all
the updates in place. Any ideas or suggestions ?
