Hi Brian, I used the W+R bottons and brought up the run box, typed in outlook
/cleanreminders and it seemed to run and then outlook opened. After waiting
some time, no reminders came up at all. I hope this is good news and we have
been able to get rid of the sticking reminder. FYI - I didn't get the same
result from typing the same command into the Vista "search" box as I did from
the run box? Looks OK at this stage, I let you know if the problem persists.

Yes you do, but it's under one of the program groups. You can also simply
put that command line in the Search box. You can also add Run back to the
Start menu if you want.
