You asked that question in June 2005 already, and Sue Mosher then
recommended the standard method of running any program from VBA:
Set objShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
objShell.Run "C:\Program Files\nicknameXP.exe"
I myself recommended at the time:
Shell("C:\Program Files\nicknameXP.exe")
Did neither one work for you?

That is not a program, it's an Outlook data file. Why do you want to
open it?
