After installing the Instant Search feature, I decided that it is not
effective and takes too many cycles with its constant indexing. I cannot
find a way to get rid of it, i.e. uninstall it. I went to the Search Options
in Outlook and unchecked all files to index, but it is still indexing
something, and the taskbar still shows the magnifiying glass icon and the
"Search Desktop" type-in bar.

Does anyone know how to wipe out the Indexing/Search Desktop feature
completely?
