Default Validation of OUTLOOK of Student and Teacher Edition 2003

Because you are entering the wrong Product key, or that you have a trial
version still installed
"Local MS Support" is the support phone # for your country.

Is my "local Microsoft Product Support" a website or actual local
business? I
see this phrase all over the web, but there is no distinct reference on
how
exactly to find it. "support.microsoft.com" does not offer the
appropriate
help.

Also, I don't need a "reset" of my licenses; I bought 3 licenses and only
have used 1 of them.

Any reason why this product does not allow me to use all 3 that I
purchased
in the first place?

If you have issues with activating, it's best that you directly contact
your
local Microsoft Product Support. We cannot help you with that as we are
all
end-users here as well; we cannot reset the amount of used licenses for
your
product.

I own Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003. This product allows me
to
load
3 computers with the software. For the first time I loaded Outlook
ONLY
onto
my laptop and validated it successfully with a particular product code.

Now I want to load it onto my second computer, but the Activation
Wizard
won't let me because it says my Product Key has been activated up to
its
limit. The Product ID number is different from the one on my laptop,
and
this is only the second time I've tried to load it.

Why can't I validate and use Outlook permanently on my second computer?

Thanks,
