I have approx. 500 users and I want everyone to be able to review all
other
calendars - not only free/busy. How do I set the review permission in a
simple way for everyone?. Can this be done with a group policy or with a
cmdlet?

file everyone has reviewer permission or better on a calendar, file,
open,
other users folder will display the calendar. But... if they just need to
see free/busy data and not the actual calendar, choose view group
calendar
from the actions menu when in the calendar and add the names of the
calendar
data you need to see to a group.
