Environment: Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003, Single Domain,

Periodically, I get a prompt to enter my login credentials when opening
outlook. I've been using this network for at least 2 years, and this
has never happened. Furthermore, this issue is not happening to
everyone. I believe I've received this complaint from one other person
about six months ago. Any ideas?
