That's how it works indeed.
It's been requested a couple of times already, also by several Outlook
MVPs but the more votes on a feature the better chance it might actually
turn into a feature. The Microsoft newsgroups offer a suggestion feature
but you can also contact your local Microsoft office to provide product
feedback.
