in outlook 2007, you need to look at the calendar permissions: right click
on the folder, choose properties and look on the permissions tab. AFAIK, the
additional permissions do not require exchange 2007, but if you don't have
the extra options it may be an Ex2007 feature.

Hi Diane,
Thank you for answering moody2blue's question. Can you tell me where to
find
information on how to set free/busy permissions? It is exactly what I am
looking for. We are using Outlook 2007.
Thank you!

its everyone or no one. Outlook 2007 supports free/busy permissions.

I'm using Outlook 2003 with Exchange and want to set my calender to
show
"No
Information" so no users (other than the ones I specify) to see any of
my
appointments. I just want them to see "No Information" slashes. At
present
if
i set it to "0 Months" it does nothing and other users can still see my
blue
appointment blocks.
Please help, its driving me insane.
Thanks.
