I am using Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2180 I received a message, asking if
I wish to

compact files. Have said yes previously without a problem. Yesterday, I
said yes to Compact question ,and when completed, E-mails in my Inbox for
the past 6 months are gone. How do I recover them? They are not in the
deleted E-mail folder. E-mails in the Sent folder are all there.
