Transferring to Laptop

Using IE6 on my PC - just acquired a laptop - can anyone tell me what file
I need from my PC to import my "favourites" across to the laptop and where
on the laptop it needs to go ? Similarly can I transfer (I assume) cookies
so that automatic logins are carried across ? I cannot see what version of
IE is on the laptop but presumably any will be comptible. Thnaks. Rock
