If you are running Windows-XP, then OE is built-in. If you are running
Windows-Vista then Windows-Mail does the same job.

In XP: Click "Start" "Run", type "msimn" into the box (without the
quotes), then click "OK".

In Vista: Click the start button, type "msimn" into the search box
(without the quotes), then press the "Enter" key.
