I am having the same problem. I am already doing what Sue suggests. I tried
several times. It starts to import, then fails.

You need to set a named range in the worksheet to cover all the rows and columns to be imported and then in Outlook's Import and Export wizard, click the Map Custom Fields button to tell Outlook which column's data to put into which Outlook property.
