Default Looking for a rule on sending..

I need to have a rule that basicly says if a e-mail is addressed to
, change the From and reply to if present to
before sending when send is clicked.

Environment is Outlook 2003, using PST with pop and smtp, no exchange server
involved. Yes I know about the accounts button to have it send under a
different account the problem is that I don't have them all setup on this
computer as many are just forwarders to the address I pull my e-mail from.

So for example: on a mailing list I belong to I use

as my registered address, that address will forward to my real common account
and if it get's snagged for spam I just change that one mailing list
registration to a new address and setup the new forwarder and I'm set. If I
used my common e-mail instead I'd have to get a new e-mail account and
updating everything and every one which is a lot of work.

I currently have 11 setup's like and they all work great, BUT I keep
forgetting to set the proper from for a given list sometimes so when it is
set it is rejected by the list handler and I need to re-send it again after
correcting the from.

I'm willing to build code, etc. if I can find documentation to do this on
the on send side of things. I have found tons of examples for inbound but
nothing for outbound.

Also willing to use a pre-existing 3rd party one if it does not cost me a
arm and leg and will support doing multiple sets. Just let me know where to
find it.

Thanks
Fred
