Do you know how to sort and group the Tasks in your Tasks folder?

You cannot just drag stuff up and down as how they show depends on sorting
and grouping.

Okay thanks to Brian's help I figured out how to open the advanced
toolbar. I found out that I am in the Detailed List view. I also found
out that I am in the Task folder, I tried creating another folder for
tasks and it did the same thing. Brian on the right pane I just have
various tasks to do. Still can't manuallu move them up or down.
