He answered you how to do this. Go to Tools on the menu, select Send/receive,
Send/receive Settings and select Show Progress.

Please try:

Tools - Send/Receive - Send/Receive Settings - Show Progress. Uncheck
the option, "Don't show this dialog box during Send/Receive.
