Default Losing the Pointer when trying to close Outlook
We are running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Professional. When closing
Outllook 2003 by clicking on the X on the upper right-hand corner, the X is
grayed out. It is an intermitten problem. Do you have any suggestions?
