Default Back-up pst in 2000 with Vista
Am trying to back up my pst in Outlook 2000 so I can install OL2003. I keep
getting an error message (0x80070021) - the process cannot access the file
because another process has locked a portion of the file. Am using Vista on
my laptop. Can you help with this error?
