This indicates you are not correctly authenticating to your outgoing server.
Correct that problem and some (all?) of the remaining problems may vanish.

I have been
told that dividing my data base into several smaller data bases would
help. And I've been told that it would not. If it would help, how
would I go about moving the entries in the distribution list to other
distrubution lists without having to do it manually? I've tried
copying and pasting, dragging and dropping etc. and these are not
available within the distribution list. HELP PLEASE!
