You all could publish your calendars to an online service. If you stick to
using Outlook only one person at a time and your PCs are all networked, you
should create a PST on network share, open that PST in each separate mail
profile, and have the common calendar there. You won't be reminded from it,
however.
As an alternative, I'd like to keep a master copy of the calendar in
my account (as I currently do), but make it readable (and maybe even
writable) for other users of the "Kitchen Computer".
