Default Moved e-mail from outlook folders - e-mail will not open

Clarify what you did. You would never drag and drop individual messages for
this purpose, especially to a read different drive. You would move them into
another Outlook data file.
Do you back up your data files?
What does this have to do with contacts?

Outlook 2002 xp machine. I had 880mg of e-mail in my outlook folders. I
moved the e-mails from their respective folders to a removeable harddrive.
Now, the emails will not oopen I recieve no error message. Outlook will
start to open, but then promptly closes. When I moved the e-mails I
highlighted them and drag and droppped them and did not use the
import-export
command in outlook.
I hope their is a solution for my goof up.
Thank you
