Now the option for Categories (none) (# items) is appearing.

Its directly under the Subject heading... Example below:

I accidentally imported Calendar data to a new email account. I want to
completely delete all the calendar data for this account in Outlook 2003. I
have tried following the Office Online instructions, which says:
1. In the Navigation Pane, click Calendar
2. On the View menu, point to Current View, then click By Category.
3. Click Categories: (none), and then press CTRL+A
All items in the list should now be selected
4. Press DELETE.

The problem I am having is how does one Click Categories "None" there is no
such option that I can find.
