After furious head scratching, Chris Wallingford asked:

| An Outlook 2003 user has a table view with some custom columns and
| would like for a recurring appointment in this view, to repeat, one
| row for each occurrence. He would not like to break the recurrence
| into actual individual appointments, only to list each occurrence
| individually. The custom data varies from occurrence to occurrence.
