Default Users Guide

Have you looked at the help file? office.microsoft.com has additional help
and websites such as my outlook-tips.net and slipstick.com contain a lot of
help..

I'm just starting to use Outlook.
Everybody expects me to know how, because it's so simple!
But, being the old hose that I am, I just can't figure out some things.

Is there a users guide I could get so I can study the old fashioned way &
possibly
get comfortable?
