When using the Outlook Connector, you're synchronizing the cache folders on
your PC with the contents of the Hotmail server so they both contain the
same thing. You are not "downloading" your messages in the same sense that
you would if you were using a POP account.

So how can I get the message to be
automatically deleted ? You might want to think about your sarcastic
answers, you actually didnt answer my question so you don't seem to
know as much as you think you do.

I alreafy gave you the answer. Deleting a message in Outlook deletes it on
the server because Outlook and the server are synchronized. It's how it's
supposed to work and that's how it works for me. No sarcastic answer there.
