Default Reminders

I think maybe my last post was too complicated. Using Outlook 2007, I
want to set up a task with a reminder that pops up every day at 1100.
How do I accomplish this?

Create a new task. Set its start date to be tomorrow at 11:00 and its end
date at, say, 11:30. Make the recurrence every day or every week day.
Enable the reminder. Save and close. When the reminder pops up, mark the
task completed. The next day's task will be generated.

Thanks Brian. Couple questions about this:

The task dialog does not allow for times, only dates.

The reminder dialog does not have an option to mark the task
completed, only to dismiss it or snooze. Does this mean I'd have to go
back to the original task each time and mark it completed?
