Check-in at the DST Support Center and see if the machine's missing any
DST-related updates. If everything's OK on your end, the problem is on
the
mailserver's end. (I've seen several instances of this since DST began
on
09 Mar-08.)

doh Oops, you're right & thanks. I forgot that there were no DST updates
from MS for Win2K.
