Outlook Not Responding

My Outlook 2007 with BCM works about 85% of the time.
The BCM newsgroup is microsoft.public.outlook.bcm
The other 15%
of the time I get a message on the Title Bar saying (Not Responding)
and the whole screen looks like it has a film over it and it is all
faded out. I close and open the program and most times it works.
Sometimes I need to wait a few hours and come back to the program and
then it works. Is there a setting I need have turned on or what is
going on? Thanks in advance for all your help
I've seen reports of this with BCM, but can't recall seeing a specific cause
named. Have you tried a new mail profile?
