Gmail recently changed to showing sent items in their sent items folder, even when sending from Outlook using the gmail account. YOu may need to take a look at the settings in the gmail account.

| from my outlook account, it is also appearing in the sent folder of
| my gmail. Is there a way to autmatically have them deleted from the
| gmail sent or do I need to go in there from time to time to do by
