Default Outlook express??

Do you mean that you'll be traveling and want to access your mail via
someone else's computer?

The best way to do that is use your mail service's web mail if they
offer that. Many do. In this case, Outlook express has nothing to do
with it. And you won't be able to view messages that you downloaded
previously via Outlook Express unless you have uses the Leave a copy on
the server in tools, accounts, mail, properties, advanced (POP3 only -
not an issue for IMAP or HTTP accounts).

To access the data on your home PC, you'd need to leave the PC on and
connected to the Internet while you are gone with remote access enabled
which would be a security risk.
