Did you install your mail account(s) in Outlook? What happened when you used the Test Account Settings option? What error messages did you receive?

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, I asked:

| I've gone into options and clicked on make outlook the default mail
| program, but it still won't send/receive mail.
| I've been using Express, but I want to try Office Outlook.
