Default Get normal.dot warning when close WordXP

Hello, I'm using WordXP (2003) on a WinXP-pro PC.... When I use Outlook
(with my default Word processor set to MSWord), I now always get this error
message:

------------------------------------------------------------------------
/!\ Changes have been made that affect the global template, Normal.dot.
Do you want to save those changes?
[Yes] [No] [Cancel]
------------------------------------------------------------------------

I used to "never" get this error... it just started a few days ago...

A "possible" thing was I updated my AdobeAcrobat (full version) software,
which does have a Word add-in macro. But I went in and took that out, I
think, and still get the error.

Also got a "stamps.com" add-in, but it's always worked great in past.

Also tried renaming the normal.dot and creating a new one.

Also tried the Microsoft article by Beth Melton at MS Office Online, but
wasn't able to get these steps to fix it in my case. The article is at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...514521033.aspx

Also tried answering "Yes" "No" "Cancel", no affect

Nothing seems to work, already posted in MSWord group, but since it's
occuring specific to Outlook, posted here and would greatly appreciate if
anyone might have suggestions.

Thanks,
George
