Default Configuration of Outlook Express 2000

No help, there is no Outlook 2004 nor is there an Outlook Express 2004.
Outlook versions are 97, 98, 2000, 2002 (XP), 2003, and 2007. Outlook
Express would be version 3, 4, 5, or 6. What program do you actually have?

Which product are you using Outlook or Outlook Express? There is no

Outlook
Express 2000 so it will help if you narrow it a bit more

I know Outlook Express 2000 is ancient, but it is all my friend can do

for
now. Her pc came with this installed, but it has never been used. I
haven't
used Outlook or Express for years, but I want to help her set hers up.
First
of all, can it be used successfully with aol? Her present web mail is

too
difficult for her. Then, if it can be used with aol, will the

application
walk me through the set up, or do I need to find directions somewhere
before
going to her home? She is running Windows XP if you need to know

that.
I'd
appreciate any info you can give me as to where to find this

information.
Thanks.
