going crazy with oe6 all of the sudden not able to send messages but i do get
messages. immedately all outgoing messages go into outbox folder, then after
30 seconds an error message appears that reads your smtp server has not
responded. my isp has told me this is a microsoft problem, please someone
rescue me, thanks
