using contacts folder as address book
thanks so much. i think that i have gotten it taken care of. one last
question--as long as i attach the personal folders data file from the old
profile and the archive data file from the old profile everything should be
the same as before right? I did notice that my old signature line wasnt there
anymore, should there be anymore sneaky little mixups that i should be on the
lookout for? thanks for your continued help....

thanks Gordon. i have added a new profile but what are the steps to
"connect"
to the transferred pst file? does it matter if i added profile from two
POP
forward accounts (gmail and yahoo)? i dont really know how those connect
to
my data file. sorry for the lack of familiarity with the nuts and bolts of
outlook.
Presumably when you used the Easy Transfer wizard, it transferred your pst
file.
In Control Panel-Mail-Data Files, navigate to the default location of the
pst file (C:\Users\{Your account Name}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook,
select the pst file and OK out.
