So is this view a preset configuration that cannot be changed? If so, how
do we create a custom view? By creating a 'custom view' from an 'Address
Card' or 'Detailed Card' template?

Once you edit the fields in that view (if you could) you lose the BC view

After furious head scratching, Blue Max asked:
