Check in the Task Manager that Outlook (outlook.exe) still isn't open and
End Task.

First I could do it when I turn off my AntiVirus Program.
But now it's not enough.
I have tried both to turn off my AntiVirus Program, Windows Firewall and
Windows Defender.
But it dosn't help?
