Senders, no thread should be marked as Ignored.

I think I had trouble with Blocked Senders not doing what I wanted before
(maybe deleting messages altogether? - which is a bit drastic and
irreversible), which is why I use rules to set them to ignore.

I'm getting the feeling that I can't do what I want.

Thanks for the links. They'll be useful, but I don't see an explanation of
"Stop processing more rules" there.
